    Here's a hot take for you as we head into the holiday season...That healthy swap recipe you found online is never going to scratch the itch. I mean it's never going to ACTUALLY replace the REAL thing. Don't fall into the trap of having a "healthy swap" and then continuing to overindulge on something else because you weren't actually satisfied. Also, is that high protien thing actually high in protein or was it just made with a protein powder supplement so they called it high protein?

In fact, I would argue that doing this instead of either giving up entirely or trying to "push through" will set you up to get "back on track" quicker in the long run. I also share about a recent experience I had with negative body image thoughts and whether or not I should workout on an upcoming vacation.
