  • Australian Bushfire Compassion Meditation

    This is a beautiful compassion-focused meditation that I have created just for Australia and the devastation the bushfires have caused.


    When the Australian bushfires hit, I experienced a huge range of emotions seeing the images, news stories and statistics.


    I had often felt helpless and felt confused as to what to do.


    Then I remembered a beautiful Buddhist compassion meditation I had learnt and I immediately knew how I could create something to contribute in some way to alleviating our collecting distress and overwhelm.


    I have created and recorded this meditation specifically to cultivate compassion and loving-kindness towards all of the people, animals, environment, businesses, service people and communities that have been affected by the fires.


    If you're like me and sometimes feel unsure what to do, but want to do something, this meditation is a perfect practice for you; Use it anytime you would like to be thoughtful, compassionate and hold Australia in your mind and your heart.


    You can use this as a one-off, a daily practice, or play the recording in group settings with your family, friends, school, university, workplace or community group - I'm totally happy for you to share the love!
