  • Ep. 20: How To Fight And Make Up In Any Arena
    Jun 19 2024

I think if we're all being honest we would say that we don't need to be trained on how to experience conflict. And yet apology and repair certainly are learned skills, that take intentionalitiy and finess. The outcome of a healthy "make up" conversation holds relational integrity, increases trust and whether at home and at work produce fulfilling, rewarding and satisfying life experiences.

Join us in this conversation as we discuss the importance of apologies and forgiveness in repairing relationships. We emphasize the need for personal responsibility and humility in offering apologies, and the power of forgiveness in releasing resentment and moving forward. We highlight the role of vulnerability and empathy in repairing ruptures in relationships. Apologies are not a sign of weakness, but rather a courageous act that leads to growth and stronger connections. The importance of rituals and personal choice in moving forward is emphasized, as well as the need to maintain a standard of love in all relationships.

Using the three steps of a transformational apology (apologize, forgive, and begin again) you will walk away with confidence that when the next rupture happens you will be armed with the tools needs to facilicate a repair.
