    In this episode Jamie talks to Kathleen from Ontario who tells us her story of growing up in a household with her father who was a veteran of WWII and also with her mother that dealt with her own mental illnesses. She has also is a victim of work place trauma and touches on how that affected her life. Last she talks about the loss of her husband due to a car crash. Kathleen shares with us some incredible life struggles and how she made it through them. Kathleen is a strong woman and she shares some tips that helped her through and we know her story will inspire others.

    In this episode Jamie talks to his good buddy Chris in Ontario Canada. Chris is a former paramedic and so is his wife. He talks about what his life is like with PTSD, and shares what it's like living with a spouse with PTSD. Chris also talks about what it's like for them raising a child while healing from PTSD.
    Chris will also go through some breathing exercises with us and talk about how they help with self-regulation. Chris will even tell us about a new app he and his brother are working on to help people with these breathing exercises to improve your wellbeing.
