In just a few months, I will be celebrating 10 years as a business owner of a real estate brokerage! On my podcast, I will talk about Real estate (of course), entrepreneurship, and industry trends! So let's break that down a little bit! The Real Estate industry can be vast and there are so many ways to earn income and grow your net worth, let me first talk to my buyers and sellers. BUYERS & SELLERS I want to first educate you so you understand the home buying and selling process. INVESTORS There are so many ways you can make money in real estate besides the traditional methods. I plan to explore the most popular ways as well as introduce you to new ways you've never thought of. I will invite guests to talk about interesting ways they are using real estate to create generational wealth for their families REALTORS I can't forget about my Realtor friends! I want to show you how to improve and grow a successful real estate career by taking a deep dive into your systems and techniques. I'll also interview Realtors who are killing it in Real Estate to learn how they are doing it! Now let's talk about entrepreneurship! Being a BOSS sounds good until you have to do BOSS things! Like I said, in a few months, I'll be celebrating 10 years in business! I want to share some of my experiences of being a business owner. The good, the bad, and the ugly! I will show you how you can start your own business. If your goal is to start your own real estate brokerage, we will talk about that too!     If you are like thousands of other realtors who just got their licenses over the last 3-5 years, you have only experienced upward-moving markets. For many, they thought this was how the real estate market was. The constant hustle and bustle of showing tons of houses and the art of the deal.. Well for some, that is how business is, but for most, it was just an illusion. A moment in time. A perfect storm of things happened to create that market.

  • PLAN YOUR Q4 WITH ME TO CRUSH YOUR GOALS

    If you haven't planned to finish the year off strong, it's time to do it now. Create a strategy so you can end the year, at a minimum meeting and at best exceeding, the goal you set on January 1, 2022. In this episode, I will walk you through re-evaluating and calculating your goal for the 4th quarter. I use an Excel spreadsheet that I created to easily and quickly help you create your last quarter goal.
