    Annabella Hagen is the clinical director and founder of Mindset Family Therapy in Provo, Utah. Her focus is working with clients who suffer from anxiety, OCD, and OC-spectrum disorders. She is passionate about helping her clients progress as they fully engage in their treatment and experience the journey back to living a values-centered life. Annabella obtained her MSW degree from Brigham Young University. She is a member of the International OCD Foundation and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science. 


    Annabella is the author of “Imperfectly Good, Navigating Religious and Moral Anxiety to Release Fear and Find Peace” and “Let Go of Anxiety, Climb Life’s Mountains with Peace, Purpose, and Resilience.” 


    She enjoys walking, classical music, reading, yoga, and finding new adventures when she travels. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her 15 grandkids.

    Mubeena Mirza is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the treatment of OCD and Anxiety Disorders. She received training in the treatment of OCD at the UCLA OCD Intensive Outpatient Program. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporates mindfulness-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, into treatment. She is involved in the IOCDF Faith and OCD Taskforce and advocates for OCD awareness in the Muslim community. Additionally, she serves on the social services committee at the Islamic Center of South Bay- LA. Mubeena is based in Redondo Beach, California.

    Emily Bailey is a clinical psychologist who currently works at the Anxiety Treatment Clinic in Atlanta, Georgia where she treats children, adolescents, and adults who present with OCD and anxiety disorders. She obtained her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Mercer University. Her research interests include social anxiety disorders and attentional disengagement, therapeutic alliance, treatment-seeking behaviors, and parental influence on child psychopathology. While her clinical focus is individuals diagnosed with OCD and other anxiety disorders, she has experience working with diverse populations using evidence-based treatment including CBT and ERP. Emily is passionate about helping her patients achieve a more meaningful, satisfying, and valued life.
