Great considerations for couples
The author does a great job of covering key areas where couples may face challenges - communication, appreciation, trust, intimacy, conflict resolution, et cetera. I appreciated how the level of detail presented seemed to be a palatable to both male and female genders. The narrator has a nice pleasant, easy to follow tone. The workbook exercises are realistic and encourage communication, learning and bonding with each other. This would be a great book for couples who have been together for a while and want to remember how not to forget why they fell in love in the first place.

G.Gagliardi has created a bridge that gaps any emotional distance couples might feel because, let’s face it: Relationships can be work, and also painful work at times. In my opinion, it all really comes down to working on ourselves on an individual level so that we can really let our relationships flourish and we can lift each other up instead of pull each other down. My favorite thing about this audiobook is the emphasis on cultivating healthy communication: and area I feel is not properly looked at in many books in this niche. However, Gagliardi really hits this topic on the head and encourages both participants in the relationship to truly take a long look in the mirror and boost this part of themselves. You will be amazed how far just a little improved communication goes in relationships…

A team effort
Every relationship is a marathon, not a spirit and every successful marathon requires a great deal of training and support along the way. This audiobook was divided into ten different sections. Each week focused on a different area of a relationship and included exploring ways to appreciate your partner and planning shared goals. There were exercises to complete at the end of each section to reinforce learning. The key takeaway that I took away from the audiobook was the idea that mutual growth is linked to mutual empathy and understanding.

This is realistic!
a good book! we've been together for years, and like many couples, we found ourselves in a bit of a rut. The early excitement felt like a distant memory, and our connection wasn't as strong as it once was. This workbook helped us in just 10 weeks! And when it came to conflicts, the workbook taught us to transform arguments into opportunities for growth, with a newfound respect for each other's boundaries. we still have a way ahead of us but it did really help! must listen
