it was mid. I've "read" much better...
it has great bones, but severely lacking a lot of what makes books make you want to read them over and over again.
I was bored most of the time and the narrators male voice just didn't do it for me.
I couldn't connect to any of the characters and it was very choppy. everything happened too quickly to make me feel any sort of way. I continued to see what would happen, but not interested enough to finish the series.

Intriguing Realm

Intriguing characters with unique world building. This is dark and delicious. In a dangerous new land where frightening creatures exist, our heroine's faith will be tested as her views are broadened. And who knew how yummy a certain goblin king could be? Plus, the covers to this entire series are absolutely gorgeous.

beautifully written magical fantasy

I totally fell in love with the fantasy world created in this book! I wanted to explore the fairy realm along with Freya and Arrow. It captured my imagination and brought me back to some of my all time favorite fantasy stories - Labyrinth of course, but it also has shades of A Midsummer Night's Dream, and even Alice in Wonderland or The Phantom Tollbooth with all the different magical courts and eccentric characters - but with a modern sensibility a touch of heat! If you like the classics, and love the tantilizing tension of a slow burn romance, this is your kind of book. Can't wait to see where the series takes us.

This was such a beautifully and clever written story. The angst you could feel from the Goblin King even behind all the trickery. The narrator did a great job only I wish there was a male narrator. I love the next book cover as well! Found family, new world, character growth and angst. No spice..,. But it’s not needed ….. yet lol.

Simply Magical

This story transported me into the realm of the Fae. The writing style took a while to get used to but it was absolutely worth it.
