I found the book to be thought provoking and insightful. Many of the stories moved me, which initiated me to reflect upon my own behavior (past and present), as well as, take a personal inventory of where I have grown as a woman and a professional. Each gap was illustrated by an engaging story that was described with enough detail that I could feel it.
