I wish there was some way to read along and highlight things so you can go back to it and read it again. But other then that so far so good and still have a lot to go.

New information with purpose

At first it was hard to listen to the England accent of this lady (my first language is Spanish) but with time I really enjoyed. I believe in the information that Medical Medium provides for us, I really believe in our food can be our medicine or poison. Give it a chance to this audiobook 😊
