Really funny, quick read

I liked both MC and the secondary characters as well. The story had a fast pace and the heroine is really funny, kind and smart.
Narration is good, didn’t feel the need for male narrator. I am not marking this higher because of the screaming voice used for some characters and whispering used for some scenes. I really had to work the volume on this one. I also had to listen at 2x speed because of the slow reading pace.


I liked the story so much, I immediately bought the ebook. I am pondering buying the next in the series.

A really fun story

I was 2/3s through the book when I decided I needed it in Audible, too. And I was happy to see it was available for preorder. It’s a laugh-out-loud book that perfectly combines comedy and romance. I’ve already downloaded the second book, “You Wrecked Me”, and just hope it’s also released on Audible. Hopefully with the same narrator, since Ms. Canon was excellent.

Grace and Nick meet while Grace is trying to face down her fear of flying so she can get to her brother’s wedding (and stop it, if possible) She is seated next to Nick and finds out after an embarrassing flight that he is an air marshal and the older brother of her own brothers fiance, what a mess!
This book had some moments that did make me want to scream, especially at Nick. Otherwise hilarious and worth the listen!
Quick and funny read that makes you also want to continue the series by sucking you into other relationships.
