Fast paced story

The story was pretty good. I love a dramatic audio cut. Hearing the footsteps and running water, really sets a pace. The narration was quite nice, although some voices sounded very similar. The FMC narrators voice is very lulling and easy to listen to.

I’m interested in what happens next. Be aware there are creepy worms in this story - I didn’t expect that.

Fun, exciting a different!

This story is fun, exciting a different and than most of this genre! A different world and a different way of life. There is action, adventure, heart ache and lies all made better with Graphic Audio!

Really entertaining.

You know it’s a really good book when you start yelling at it. There was a good bit of that. You know the kind, “come on. That’s the bad guy”kind of thing. Also, there is an interesting potential love interest I am hoping pans out. As for the Graphic Audio. It made the book that much better. I purchased this for a long drive and I absolutely appreciated it.

Larkspur’s life has been one struggle after another. A father, the king, who is disappointed in her. His wife who despises her. A mother and brother who died when she was young. And she can barely do any magic considering her parentage. Now she has supposedly tried to kill the Queen. Her punishment is to become an Ender, the protectors of the family, well she will become an Ender if she can survive the training.

Larkspur is in for one epic ride and there is so much more going on beyond what anyone could have imagined.

I loved the graphic audiobook version. The story completely came to life as I listened to it and all the narrators did a spectacular job.

Love it!!!

Such a cool story. I like the character buildup, and the actors are great!! Can’t wait to hear what adventures Shannon Mayer takes us on
