There is one major problem, Salinger doesn't even have a PhD. If he can stay alive long enough, he might be able to afford something besides packaged microwave popcorn to eat. That is a big if.

Pity The Geek

Starts very fast as the hero goes through the story. Yes he (Salanger or Sal) is a fun character that we get to watch learn all about responsibility.
Two scenes were a little sexually graphic for my taste. If that bothers you do the 30 second skip forward thing.
Still I'm hooked on the series and after this review will be purchasing book two of The Birth Of Heavy Metal.

worth it

great book I was entertained throught went it some aspects a little more than I thought it would be was still worth the listen

Fun book

Aduly part caught me off guard but not so steamy as to be a romance novel. I'll be buying the next in series thank you.

Slow start, kinda…

I didn’t really get into the story until like chapter 4 or 5. The story got way more interesting eventually, and the MC is pretty cool, but still feels underdeveloped going into book two. Many of the characters are pretty forgettable, but the plot makes up for it, quite a bit! I AM enjoying the series, but I’ve gotten better from Anderle!

Imaginative adventure series

I am looking forward to relive this as I had read the e book sometime ago.
