Not what I had Anticipated, Much Much Better

As an ex-cop/S.W.A.T Team member I expected more bravado, false or otherwise, but this was real. The stuff those that serve our nation and our communities really feel when they are not trying to appear like they are taking it all in stride. I was riveted and deeply moved. This is how it really feels to serve. Thank you for writing this book, I will read it again soon, and probably again after that. Rarely do I feel this way but this author is someone whom I would like to meet one day and thank her for so many things. And yes, I’m sitting with good posture as I write this. Thank you Ma’am. And thank you for your service.

Should be a school requirement

I loved this book! A mix of raw emotional experiences and practical advice, very useful.
Evy’s style is funny, NYC-like but it means business. I sent to my friends as a book to read and reread every January.
So glad I stumbled upon this

Amazing advice for Everyone

I absolutely loved this book. I couldn't get enough of it, now waiting for a sequel. Evy generously provides her readers with an abundance of very useful information for everyday life. I really appreciate her great efforts to give back to society in a form of knowledge, because knowledge is power.

What a great book, full of wise words and lessons able to be learned by anyone who is willing to read/hear the book. Evy Poumpouras is a great author super generous to become so vulnerable to give these lessons to her readers.

Amazing

Since the opening of her story i was always interested. She tells an amazing story. I learned an abundance of things from her. I will definitely recommend this book to my friends and more.
