This book checked so many boxes!

I found this book very validating regarding the behaviors and challenges faced by the adults in my life who have ADHD. Although I do not have ADHD, becoming aware of the drivers behind certain behaviors and how to navigate them was extremely important. I have more empathy and understanding as the author provided recommendations for behaviors I've observed. This is a great book for adults who have ADHD, but it is also an important resource for those living with adults with ADHD to mitigate their frustration. I would also recommend this book to educators in adult learning environments as a resource to coach ADHD students on concentration, organization and focus strategies.

Solid book packed with ideas

I love this book. It gave me a lot to think about in terms of procrastination and staying focused. I have a demanding sales job, three kids, and a couple of side hustles, so it's hard to keep up with everything. It's definitely worth coming back to for various chapters as needed. I highly recommend it to anyone, even if you think you don't have an issue. There are valuable lessons in here.
