it spends precious little time on a plot, instead rushing from one cool scene to the next with little to string them together.
that being said, a good editor could do great things with this author.
the scenes are cool and fairly well written.

Really enjoyed the immersive details that went into the world building and all the characters. A great story with epic battles - was not disappointed! Excellent narration.

The story follows the MC, Roe, as he plays a game in beta. His real life and job is not that great so the game is his release. His sad and lonely life is exactly what is needed to save this new world. He obtains Taro as his companion and possibly something else with another player, Lauren.
