I took one look at Marc and realized he was just the right guy to save our planet. I always make the best decisions, and this one was one of the best decisions. Turns out Marc was really good at kicking alien ass. He won all the games, got all the prizes, and slept with all the hot alien women. And let me tell you, these women are some real beauties, and they don’t mind sharing Marc. He is just that great. Of course, he’s still not quite as accomplished as I am, but no one is.

There is more to it than that. You should check his story out. It’s a great story. A fantastic story. One of the best, and I know good stories. You’ll love it.

Slap stick and cosmic

Fast paced smart ass hilarity from start to finish with a small twinge of adult situations that entertain without devolving into ignorance. I’m buying book two now and hope more are yet to come.

The narration was eloquent and fast paced like the story and the sound level was a beautiful constant that made this a truly enjoyable experience.

Well done team. I’m enjoying this series as much as I did when I first earned my own “LEEROY JENKINS!!!”

An exhilarating romp

I truly enjoyed this story and know I will listen to it again and again. It's a positive, if light hearted and funny. I didn't get bogged down with extraneous details or an excessive cast of characters. However, there was just enough in the details to let my imagination go crazy. Having an average, everyday human male thrown into the maelstrom of an intergalactic culture where competition, violence, and mainstream media is a marketable commodity has to be told no other way. Arthur Dent he definitely is not, but America has Marc Havak. I can't wait to hear more of Arena books in the future.

One of the Best

I am a big fan of harem books like this, but I try to ration them out to make them last a week through lunches and drives in. This one I finished in a day and a half because it was just too damn good. Sexy gals, tons of laughter, and action that didn't bore me. I'd really like a few more sex scenes, but I am excited for more! That's really my only complaint, The few sex scenes in the book were short and lacking detail. Plus the hero also gets cockblocked in annoying ways. Still, definitely one of my top 3 harem books right now.

Good book

Logan Jacobs writes with a fantastic imagination. A good big of political and social satire, and just enough references to real things to bring you into the story. He is a very talented writer

Conflicting feelings but good book

I don't want to get political but the potus in this book is just as dumb but funnier. I enjoyed the character building and it felt as if each of these characters are exactly what Mark needs at every step. That part is just a little to convenient but once you get passed that, it gets really good. I can't ever predict what will happen.
