Very helpful and useful audio.

This is a very good informational resource on everything Autograph. It very logically breaks down the process, effects and science behind Autograph. It is the first resource I have found that basically covers everything concerning Metabolic Autograph and in doing so ties it all together which makes it much easier to comprehend and provides a lot of insight into how the body uses, reacts and benefits from this process.

This was a great book.
