Keeping Her Keys blends the "keys" of personal development, magick, and the ancient goddess, Hekate, together. Topics include the power of prayer, how to create sacred space, and guidance on spell-crafting. In the final chapter, listeners can perform an optional self-initiation to become a Keeper of Her Keys.

Publisher's summary
A healing resource that blends practical plant-based knowledge with spiritual reconnection to show how a respect for and communion with our natural world guides us toward healing.
Combining Vanessa's story of her own healing journey with practical plant-based knowledge, Awakening Artemis is rooted in the belief that healing happens through reclaiming an intuitive connection to ourselves, to the natural world, and to our own "inner wild".
Having experienced a series of physical traumas growing up - including chronic asthma, a car accident that fractured her back and neck, and sexual trauma - Vanessa pursued various approaches to therapeutic movement from martial arts to yogic practices, and explored traditions honoring the mind-body connection while forging a path to recovery. Twenty years now into her journey to reconcile her daily routines with her yearning for greater purpose and connection, Vanessa shares the eclectic mix of elements that have brought her deeper self-awareness, a richer understanding of her place in the world, and the confidence and clear boundaries to truly connect with her loved ones.
Organized into five sections that move from the present moment to the forest edge, and into the healing darkness, each chapter focuses on a single plant: on their power to connect us to our bodies and our environment. Using storytelling from her own life, Chakour connects the plants power and characteristics to issues we all grapple to heal from and even to understand - from the alienating consequences of cultural appropriation and to the intersection between a forest's mycelial network and the neural pathways of our brains.
For those seeking to recognize the power and omnipresence of the natural world - from the mugwort sprouting in the city sidewalk to the majesty of a thousand-year-old oak in rural Scotland - and harness that to push into new realms of self-discovery, Awakening Artemis is an intimate, unforgettable resource capturing one woman's journey to heal her traumas that opens up a world of potential growth and healing for us all.

Story
In 2010, Nick Polizzi did something unimaginable. He assembled a group of eight desperately ill patients from around the world and brought them into the heart of the Amazon rain forest to put the mysterious medicines of native shamans to the test. The healing journey that unfolded would change their lives - and his own - forever. In The Sacred Science, we join Nick as he explores these primordial traditions and learns firsthand what it takes to truly heal ourselves of physical disease, emotional trauma, and the sense of "lostness" that so many of us feel in these modern times.

We are experiencing a global shift that mystics through the ages have predicted: the return of the mother and the rise of the sacred feminine. Rise Sister Rise is a call to arms for women to rise up, tell their truth, and lead.

The greatest contribution of the ancient shamans to modern healing is the understanding that in the course of any life we are liable to suffer soul loss - the loss of parts of our vital energy and identity - and that to be whole and well, we must find the means of soul recovery. Moss teaches that our dreams give us maps we can use to find and bring home our lost or stolen soul parts. He shows how to recover animal spirits and ride the windhorse of spirit to places of healing and adventure in the larger reality.

A witch is a wise woman, a healer. Yet for so long the word witch has had negative connotations. In this book, third generation hereditary witch Lisa Lister explains the history behind witchcraft, why identifying as a healer in past centuries led women to be burned at the stake, and why the witch is reawakening in women across the world today. This book provides an overview of the different schools of witchcraft and the core principles and practices within them.

This is the fascinating theory from author and futurist Byron Reese, who calls this human superorganism “Agora.” In We Are Agora, Reese starts by asking the question, “What is life and how did it form?” From there, he looks at how multicellular life came about, how consciousness emerged, and how other superorganisms in nature have formed.

Venus, maiden, wife, mother, monster — women have been bound so long by these restrictive roles, codified by patriarchal culture, that we scarcely see them. Catherine McCormack illuminates the assumptions behind these stereotypes whether writ large or subtly hidden. She ranges through Western art — think Titian, Botticelli, and Millais — and the image-saturated world of fashion photographs, advertisements, and social media, and boldly counters these depictions by turning to the work of women artists like Morisot, Ringgold, Lacy, and Walker.

He extolls the virtues of the lemon tree, rescues a precious variety of purple snapdragon from the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv highway, and does battle with a saboteur mole rat. He even gives us his superior private recipe for curing olives.

This book was an absolute pleasure to listen to. Not only is it beautifully written, but the author’s voice is just a pleasure to listen to.
I am inspired by Vanessa’s activism on behalf of the earth and all her creatures, and I aspire to be at least half as committed to the cause as she is.

I highly recommend the author’s Rewilding Workshop too!
This book and the author’s Rewilding Workshop is a beautiful breath of fresh air as I shift from a primarily masculine influence in literature. I'm a fan of the classics but after I read The Wolf, The Woman, and The Wilderness by Teresa tsimmu Martino, and Awakening Artemis I was moved to tears by women's connection to nature, something I had lost. I realized my ability to write depends on this connection. And my connection to nature is much-needed soul work for my divine feminine to inspire the sacred but wounded masculine. I'm the daughter of a tortured man; we both grew up in a village of tortured souls and were violated by others who were broken by someone else. This workshop helped me open up with other women to revisit the crack in my cup to meditate on ending the cycle of childhood sexual abuse.
