Excellent content
Great scientifically backed advice for understanding and learning to befriend your sympathetic nervous system. Narration does tend to get a little sleepy and refers to doing several exercises on paper hard to do if in the shower/driving!

This book I desire to have in paperback. I loved the content and delivery. I'd like it as a reference in my library.
