Una guía sencilla para perder peso de forma saluda
Este es un libro útil que hace que la pérdida de peso y la vida sana parezcan alcanzables, incluso para los que tenemos más de 50 años. El autor explica el ayuno intermitente de forma sencilla y fácil de entender. Los consejos y trucos son muy prácticos y factibles.
Una cosa que me gustó mucho de este libro es que no te obliga a renunciar a tus comidas favoritas. En lugar de centrarse en qué comer, se centra en cuándo comer. Este enfoque es mucho menos restrictivo y más sostenible. El plan de comidas de 21 días y las recetas incluidas también son una gran ventaja. Me facilitaron mucho el inicio del ayuno intermitente.
En general, este libro me ha hecho sentir más segura a la hora de controlar mi peso y mi salud. Es claro y alentador, por lo que es una gran guía para cualquier persona mayor de 50 años que quiera probar el ayuno intermitente. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque una forma sencilla y eficaz de mejorar su salud. Muy recomendable.
