Inviting to get on board the real estate rocket ship to success. However, it is so technical at some points that it requires reiteration to understand the details and fully tap the benefits.

Many things were laid out clearly

The author laid out a lot of things more clearly than others have. I appreciated his spelling out of details. It's the best way to explain a lot of this.

After listing to a hundred books on wealth principle and real estate investing, I found this one. I thought because it was written a long time ago that it would be less useful. I was wrong! It’s a more solid investment philosophy and plan than many of the new books teach, and covers thoroughly the way to approach wealth. Highly recommend.
