I found this book incredibly eye opening and helpful. As the daughter of a narcissistic mother, it was comforting to hear that I was not alone in feeling as I do - but it was also very healing. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who suspects they have a parent that is narcissistic.

I really love this book, it helped me get through some things that I was struggling with lately. The narrator had a lovely voice it was really a pleasure to listen to. I suspected this is a book that I'm going to have to listen to again in the future and I would have absolutely no problem doing so. A lot of things really resonated with me and we're really validating. I've already recommended it to my sister and another friend of mine. Highly recommend this book if you were abused growing up. Thank you for helping me.

got awful parents? THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU!

amazing! I finished this book in 3 days! I learned why I act the way I do and it opened up alot of emotions for me. but I finally feel GOOD ENOUGH! She gives you many tools to get over your trauma and hoe to start loving and trusting yourself, amazing book I reccomend this for anyone who had a manipulative narcissistic mother/father. oh also I loved her voice! so sweet and gentle I felt like she was giving me a hug the whole time 🥰

This book has literally changed my life! My sister and I have battled our entire lives without realizing what went wrong with our childhood and thought that we were just crazy for not being able to deal with our mother. This book was eye opening to say the least! I am so grateful for this author! ♡
