Good Book

loved it but chapter line up on audio did not line up correctly with content page

Good info. A little lengthy

Good info. A little long. Hard to remember earlier leadership dimensions as the book moved forward.
Could have used some look backs as the author moved forward and a summary at the end.

Missing chapter???

There is a missing chapter. It happens to be the Pioneering Leader which is my type, so I’m pretty disappointed:(

Great Ideas falling short on implementation

The ideas and application of this book are incredible! The audible version is missing a chapter which is annoying. The narrator keeps saying visit 8dimensionsofleadership.com for your "free disc assessment" so you don't have to wing it through the rest of the book That website does not offer a free assessment. It requires a code and the code isn't given in the audible or the accompanying PDF! Sounds like like their leaders are dropping the ball. The irony is thick. There is a self assessment roadmap in one of the chapters but they keep recommending a free evaluation that is not there.

Monotone

Good advice/knowledge but monotone gets long. Listen while doing something else. Bit pay attention
