Good book for someone...

Who has not done a lot of personal work and is just realizing that they are in an abusive relationship. Great description of verbal abuse.

This is so good!

This is just what I need to combat the mistreatment in my relationship. I feel just as she describes it. As if I’m being punched in my chest with his sharp words. I love the affirmations and analogies of how to face the criticism. Very useful book!
