so informative, but also so empowering! I loved how the empowering stories made me feel. The stories are so beutiful it gave me contractions, because I became more open, willing and excited about my upcoming birth.

I'm so glad I got past my reservations about the title. There is so much information that mother and do u las should have in this book. Although I may not agree with every philosophy presented, I would still recommend this book.
