Where does Real Estate: How to Buy, Sell and Lease rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Good Book but written in the 80's, So #'s Outdated and may not really apply. Talked about a family making a great living off of $40,000 total household income.

To the point, balanced perspective.

Good overview of all aspects of commercial real estate investment. A bit dated but still very relevant.

Timeless advice. . .

Nothing flashy, just straight forward advice on the how to win in Real Estate. Examples are a bit dated, but it all makes sense.
