"What the heck is my partner thinking?" is a common refrain in romantic relationships and with good reason. Every person is wired for love differently, with different habits, needs, and reactions to conflict. The good news is that most people's minds work in predictable ways and respond well to security, attachment, and rituals, making it possible to actually neurologically prime the brain for greater love and fewer conflicts.

Wired for Love is an innovative guide to understanding your partner's brain and enjoying a romantic relationship built on love and trust. Synthesizing research findings drawn from neuroscience, attachment theory, and emotion regulation, this audiobook presents 10 guiding principles that can improve any relationship.

I really enjoyed this book. It was easy to understand, easy to follow, packed with good science based information, and narrated well. I also enjoyed that this book was secular and included talk about same sex couples. I liked that the author used conversation of all different types of couples - young, older, straight, gay, healthy, troubled, childless, etc and so many scenarios to help the reader see how these things can play out. The narrator did a good job at all these different characters.

A wonderful secular relationship guide!

This book gave me the confidence that things I want to have and achieve in a relationship aren’t asking for too much. If you don’t have a partner that is trying to understand you, and willing to put in the work with you, you probably have the wrong partner.

It was reassuring
