Excellent espionage listen with superb narration!

Hard Road is written for the conspiracy, suspense and action junkie with extra credit for its overt US patriotism. Protagonist Jon Reznick is an ex-US special forces operator who is now freelancing. His wife died on 9/11/2001 when their daughter was a baby. Reznick is raising his daughter with the help of his mother-in-law. I'll definitely listen to the other novels in the Jon Reznick series.

Very Surprised!

I’m a die hard James Patterson fan.. took a chance with this book- it was friended to me.. so why Not? Exactly what I want to tell you all- Why Not, there is no reason! I was drawn to Jon Reznick’s character.. just the way I did with Alex Cross in the Cross Series and Michael Bennett. A must for a true lover of detective- suspense type thrillers. Highly recommended!

Flawlessly Done

From plot, to character development to performance, I could not have asked for anything more. This one kept my attention end to end (no easy task) and Turner covered everything required for storyline development/progression without adding any dramatic nonsense. The ending had me prepared to skip the review process so I could quickly start on the next in this series. Worth the credit and the time, without a doubt.

A Great Start

I listened to this book and absolutely enjoyed it! The story was very plausible. The characters believable. The story gripping! This is how Brad Thor used to write. It will keep you wondering from beginning to end. I would recommend this book to anyone.

Great storyline, lots of suspense and action.

The author has written another great novel! lot's of intrigue and suspense! The narration is superb! The narrator brings the characters to life!
