Quick and simple

This book is simple and to the point. Surprisingly enlightening, it really sheds light on a lot of habits that may repel others, and or make one miserable. By offering alternative perspectives, this book can teach one how to take into account other peoples' points of view, and how to also accept one's own flaws.

Tools for people who care

If you care about others and feel like you are awkward when conversing in new settings..get this book. I'm going in for my second listen!

Great read

I learned so much from this book thank you for all the great information i got about my people’s skills. It’s a hard book to listen to at the beginning because i hear of all the things i was doing wrong and that’s sometimes a hard pill to swallow. But don’t give up on it and listen with an open heart.
