Publisher's summary
Building on the core works of The Rational Male, Preventive Medicine presents a poignant outline of the phases of maturity and the most commonly predictable experiences men can expect from women as they progress through various stages of life. Rational and pragmatic, the book explores the inter-gender and social dynamics of each stage of women's maturity and provides a practical understanding for men in dealing with women in those phases.
Preventive Medicine also provides revealing outlines of feminine social primacy, Hypergamy, the "Hierarchies of Love", and the importance of understanding the conventional nature of complementary masculinity in a world designed to keep men ignorant of it.
The Rational Male - Preventive Medicine seeks to help men who "wish they knew then what they know now". The book is the first in of series complements to The Rational Male, the 12-year core writing of author/blogger Rollo Tomassi from therationalmale.com. Rollo Tomassi is one of the leading voices in the globally growing, male-focused online consortium known as the "Manosphere".

What does it really mean to be a grown-up in today's world? We assume that once we "get it together" with the right job, marry the right person, have children, and buy a home, all is settled and well. But adulthood presents varying levels of growth and is rarely the respite of stability we expected. Turbulent emotional shifts can take place anywhere between the ages of 35 and 70 when we question the choices we've made, realize our limitations, and feel stuck - commonly known as the "midlife crisis".

For men, love is a high-stakes gamble. The right woman can be the best part of a man's life, and the wrong one can lead to personal and financial ruin. In today's climate, no man should venture into romance without a reliable risk-management strategy. The Tactical Guide to Women delivers a solid plan for allowing the right women into your life, and keeping the wrong ones at a safe distance. This is not another book about getting laid. This book is about not getting screwed.

Story
Here's the tough truth gentlemen: Nice guys disgust women. Being a nice guy won't get you far with women because deep down they despise the nice guy. Instead of pedestalizing and supplicating to women, you have to realize that they are just like you. They are flawed creatures who are trying to survive in this world by any means necessary - figuring things out as they go along. The problem with being a nice guy is that you put everyone above yourself; then you're surprised why you get nowhere in life!

Whether it's hobbies, vice, philosophy, religion, your career, or your friends, the world offers a limitless menu for you to choose from.

Men's masculine behaviors and traits have been suppressed by popular culture combined with “egalitarian blank slate” ideals that have been integrated within institutional systems and supported by national and local governments for the last 50-70 years. Where are the benefits this egalitarian utopia promised? Why has it become so popular to shame, guilt, and insult masculinity and masculine behaviors? After 50 to 70 years of this, what are the results?

this is an excellent follow up to the rational male. I pray Sam Botta will do the 3rd volume here on audible soon. I already bought the Kindle and a hardcopy to pass on to male family and friends. God Bless Rollo Tomassi and Sam Botta.

Preverbal Question Asked Before
Where was this book when I could have used it most? RT reveals great insight into the matrix that so many men have found themselves trapped. I was always captive between the two worlds (Alpha/Beta) but drifted towards Beta. Revelations of a new paradigm or conversion, better yet, a greater understanding of the female imperative have open my mind.
I recommend this book to any and every man confused by hypergamy. I’m passing this book down to my nephew as a template to comprehending hypergamy.
The first book was exceptional, leading me to this one. I will re-read the first book to reinforce and strengthen my alpha foundation.
