This was a fantastic and easy to follow instruction, and experience into the inner world. Something I will definitively use as I go a long. It's also a book I think I will relisten to, over and over again.
The narrator was easy and comforting to listen to, while the journey of this book unfolded.

This book is a must-have for anyone interested in Jungian psychology, especially for people who want to do shadow work or any other kind of inner work to achieve self-actualization / individuation.

It's also great if you're just interested in analysing your dreams, because it teaches the basic principles of Jungian psychology, without going overboard with the details of the theories and getting boring for a layman, but still gets you interested in reading more.

The narration is a real pleasure to listen to.

Great content with a pleasure to listen narration

I learned so much from this book that I cannot thank the author enough for his wisdom and practicality. In matters such as active imagination a lot of theory is available but no practical guidance is provided by many junguian authors. Often is just "close your eyes and the images will come". This is not enough for many of us. This book is practical and wise while infused with an attitude of respect for the autonomy of the unconscious that is remarkable. It is worth listening several times.
