A guide to integrate your shadow
I used to be extremely agreeable and it brought me a lot of trouble. In time, I learnt that that kind of self-sabotage was coming from somewhere. Little by little, I started unlearning and healing my trauma. Listening to this book, I broke down a couple of times. Sometimes I wished I had found it earlier, other times I was so impressed by how aptly the author describes something I just know to be true. If you are new to shadow work, I highly recommend this book. You'll learn the technicalities, but also the practical bits of shadow work. The strategies here are incredibly helpful so I suggest adopting them.

"Uncover your authentic self through shadow work" A REMARKABLE BOOK FOR-SURE! I love how the author take the readers into a beautiful journey of self-discovery. A journey to your authentic self, the best you! The book was so helpful for me to understand the concept of shadow work, as well as to help me identify my triggers. The part where the author has explained the practical exercises was worth it. You'll learn self-acceptance, self-love, move on from past traumas, and much more valuable insights from this audiobook, that are described in detail and that were so interesting to listen to. The touch of psychological facts throughout in the book, is what fascinated me the most! If you are someone who is healing from something (like a past trauma or so) or you want to transform yourself into a better version of yourself, then this book is for youu!

A book I never knew I needed
From the very beginning of this book I honestly could feel as if Kristina was having a personal conversation with me. I felt such a connection with the topics and it highlighted somethings i used to do as coping mechanisms that turned out to be me doing shadow work... crazy 🤣.
This book also showed me that I tend to take the blame for other people impressing their personal grievances on me as my own when they need to do their own shadow work and heal.
This is one of the books I see myself revisiting and going through the steps through months of reflection as it helps you see your self more clearly and I really love that. My only wish is that this book didn't come from her own experiences as no one should have to go through a difficult life experience but it is through these traumatic times that brings us to greater things for ourselves as well as the ability to help others get through their own battles.
So I would like to send my virtual flowers of appreciation to Kristina for allowing others into her process of healing so we may all heal along side her. Thank you❤️❤️
