Good information. The authors should consider going on the Joe Rogan Podcast, where I first heard of this research. I love the book, in spite of the narrator. I wish they got someone with a nice voice like Cynthia Holloway to read it.

I await my microbiome test from day two and also from viome. I have also completed my 30x full genome test from dante labs. their reports add up to 500 pages. so continue your work so that I can leverage their information into action

I used a credit for this book and about halfway through listening to it I noticed that things referred to in the book as being in the Accompanying PDF or Supplemental PDF were missing. I contacted Audible customer support and was told that this was the PDF they received from the publisher and they had even escalated the issue with the publisher and the authors/publishers never responded. I was curious how I could have discovered such an issue in a book from 2017 that was never resolved and found another review from May 2021 raising the same issue.

So if you are thinking about purchasing this book in audio format, just realize the Accompanying PDF is incomplete.

Things I noticed that were missing include:
The 2 example sample diets (you can actually see these in the TEDx talk: "What is the best diet for humans?" by Eran Segal (one of the authors) and this TEDx talk was what led me to this book incidently.
The worksheets for testing your blood glucose response for all your meals for 7 days.
The common carb substitutions list.

Probably more things are missing, these are the few I recall. Essentially every time they tell you to refer to the PDF after about Chapter 7 or 8 or so is just missing.
