Liberty can see Adam is at his breaking point and she vows to tear through his rigid control and save him from himself.

But the aliens are throwing everything they have at the humans, trying to stop them from reaching the Enclave. Adam will find his resolve tested and the pressure higher than ever. But it will be one beautiful woman - one who won't take no for an answer and who worms under his skin - who can save them all and give him the strength to go on.

Going back and listening to this series in audible just makes me remember how much I loved reading everyone of these books! General Holmes and Liberty were a perfect pair. Their chemistry off the charts and the action I don’t think there are too many authors out there that write romance and series action story quiet like Anna Hackett. I highly recommend you give this a listen. Samantha Cook and Jeffery Kafer do an excellent job bringing these characters to life. I can’t wait to listen to more in the series. ♥️♥️♥️♥️🔥🔥🔥

This is a story and a performance I could easily enjoy listening to again. These excellent readings bring this great story to life.

So much action

This series is so good; this should be a TV series! I loved the interactions between Liberty and Holmes; their thoughts out loud made me laugh out loud. It’s a good mix of action, drama, adventure, heartache and love. Narrators continue to do a great job with the characters. On to Niko

Full of action, high Steam factor

Recommend the series is read/listened to in order. HFN (dystopian), HEA. No cliffhanger but more trouble to come in series story arc. Lots of steam, language & suspense. “Girly” MFC unfolds new dimensions/strengths as book progresses.

Love it!

This is the next in the Hell Squad saga and it is fantastic. Samantha Cook & Jeffrey Kafer do a spectacular job bringing this book to life. I was drawn into the story from the first line and it was done before I realized it. If you have fallen in love with any of the previous books, this one might just take the top spot. As with the rest of the series, the characters are well developed and the type that makes you cheer for their successes and fight to breath when all looks dark.
I can't wait for the next book!
