Ideas such as temptation-bundling, setting goals based on personal history while not having excessively high or low expectations, missions being worthwhile, and discomfort needing to be tolerated sound helpful.

However, the 70/40 rule looks like it's based on arbitrary thinking. Colin Powell may have had a valid point about having between 40-70% of the info before a decision must be made, except how do you know what equals 70% and 40% when the information total may not be quantifiable?

This Book Seems Systematic and Listenable Weekly.

Well written and easy to follow. Thought provoking challenge when one considers what is holding you back from accomplishing your passion.
A bit difficult to stay focused on the book because the narrator seems slightly apathetic about the content.

Well written
