"Have you ever heard of the woman who married the Ethiopian prince after meeting him in a nightclub in DC? Go on, google it, I’ll wait. My point is, this story about Naledi being a lost African princess seems pretty realistic to me, even if she doesn’t believe it herself. Enjoyable
Loved it! The storyline kept me up. I laughed and smiled all the way through. I enjoyed the cultural aspects and use of today's lingo. The narration was wonderful ( accents and all).

So happy I tried another Alyssa Cole
I was yearning for a well written romance with plenty of humor. I usually stick with historical romances that don’t take place in the U S but I’ve gotten tired of moody Dukes and stubborn virgins.
A Princess in Theory suited my need perfectly. Strong, intelligent characters who learned from one another and became more whole. Well interpreted by Karen Chilton’s smooth nuanced voice made my listening experience superb. So happy Alyssa Cole has such an extensive back list. I look forward to many hours of pleasure.

Great modern “Cinderella” story. Love the twist Alyssa Cole put on it. The narration was outstanding! We all know how important that is. I was taking every chance to listen throughout my busy day. I have become a fast fan of the author. I look forward to hearing more of her stories.

Absolutely Wonderful!
This is my first read by this author and let me tell you...it won’t be my last!
Hilarious! Sweet! Sexy! Well-written! Drew me in immediately! Such a fantastic journey to love! The characters were extremely clever and witty and plain funny. So glad I took a chance on this story! I am a new fan!
The narrator did a good job with the Black Panther-esque African accents. ❤️
I wholeheartedly recommend this book to anyone who loves a WELL-CRAFTED romantic comedy!
