great book

I gained some basic strategies and insight into real estate investing, looking forward to my first deal in 2019!

Coach leads the way

I really enjoyed this book. I found it well-written, and enjoyed the authors organization of the book. I find his steps and style of investing very encouraging. This is not a buy our course get rich quick book. Coach explains multiple pathways to finding a life of freedom through real estate. By far the best book I have read on the topic, the next step is to take action.

Great information and motivation o how to make your early retirement goals a reality.

Great content, but...

I LOVE the content of the book! Chad does a great job breaking everything down so it's easy to understand.

The only feedback I have is that, someone should have gone in after the fact and cleaned up the recording (i.e. edit out the times he tripped over his words, had to repeat himself, etc.) It's not bad enough to where I couldn't listen to the audiobook, but, it was distracting enough for me to make mention of it here.

I enjoyed this book; however in the audible version wasn’t great due to the tone of voice. But, it worth it.
