A lot of recipes to taste for good health. It's a huge collection and has so many choices in the selection of recipes. Guidelines are easy to follow and I am happy to follow that cookbook.

I worked my way up to fasting longer and longer periods. I am now on day three and no hunger at all. I do not feel weak and work a very busy schedule with hardly any breaks. I have not taken arthritis medications since I started this diet. If you have health problems I encourage you to get this book, it can change your life.

As a cookbook author myself, I notice that many cookbooks are just variations on the same types of recipes. But this cookbook has some great ideas that I hadn’t thought of. The recipes do not have pictures, but most of them look pretty simple to make and not too time-consuming. I love the idea of using dairy-free cream cheese in some of the recipes like the vanilla icing, what a great idea! I am especially looking forward to trying the stuffed pepper soup, the pan-fried crab, and the chocolate chip skillet cookie.
