This audiobook was really informative. I was already somewhat familiar with Intermittent Fasting but not Autophagy Fasting with water. This book shared a lot of good information on how fasting works, it's benefits to the body, and gave some good advice on preparing for the fast and getting through it.

This little book is amazing and brings very simplistic truths but powerful knowledge to the one seeking understanding and encouragement to fast. I found it extremely helpful and motivating. Really loved it!
