When I put the ad in my university’s newspaper, the last thing I ever expect is for the star football player to respond. From what I know of him, Abel Russo is a womanizer and an absolute jerk.

Sadly, he’s the only thing stopping me from being evicted by my annoyingly gleeful landlord. It should be easy enough - there’s no chance we’ll fall for each other. But then he gives me lingering looks, and I might just be looking back.

Starbursts Girl

Totally awesome story, amazing characters and narrator. Loved when Lou and friends come up with plan to get Abel back. Look forward to reading more from this author. I received free audible code for my honest opinion.

This made me laugh so much...

This is the first book I read/listened to and I couldn't put this down. I enjoyed the banter between Lou and Abe. I loved the dialog of Lou and her best friend Miranda. How Miranda will always have her back and do outlandish stuff. I nearly spit my drink out several times of her comments. I can't wait for the 2nd book of this series.

Witty, fun, love story.

I really enjoyed this book! Strong female characters and a male lead that isn't your typical paint by numbers.

This was probably my fav Micalea Smeltzer book to date! The chemistry between MCs was off the charts and it was so funny! I laughed out loud a few times!

Audio performance was also on point! Definitely reccomend this book!

Cute book

This is a new author for me. I really enjoyed the story. These two were cute from the beginning. I love how Lou is this off the wall character. She’s entertaining and REAL. I like the fact that she is curvy and owns it. Who knew putting up an add for a roommate would make the captain of the football team become her new roommate. From the start he was intrigued by her quarks. Super cute listen. I do think it would of better having a male narrator do Abel’s chapters but that’s a personal preference. Addison did a great job.
