Anyone who struggles with Borderline or loves someone who has Borderline should read this!! It is very comforting knowing the emotions and emptiness and numbness are common struggles in people with BPD. I wish I had read this book about 30 years ago!! And I wish I could give a copy to all friends and family, The chapter addressing ways loved ones can help is probably the best thing I’ve read since I was diagnosed in 2020.

When looking for a book to learn about BPD I looked at all of them and their reviews. Something told me this was the one.
