Wow!

I love the universe of weird and wild creatures with insecurities and brewing relationships. This series just gets better with each addition to the series.

narrator changed

I was very disappointed about the narrator change. I still listened...but she pronounced all the important words differently .
sigh...
I still listened because I like the story line very much.
But still...narrator change irked me.

Wonderful!

Finally we get a deeper look into who Ariana is. This was an exciting adventure and I can’t wait to see how the series will end.

Great book but disappointed with narrator

Love the series but disappointed that there is a new narrator that doesn't pronounce names the same as the narrator from the first two books in the series and pauses way too long.

Forbidden interaction

I love this couple Ruarden and Arianna/Liora. They have finally progressed to a weary trust between them as she will not tell him what she is. The types of bad guys and gals they face are forcing both of the to reveal more of their nature while they look for The torturer Big bad B. Who wants to run the world so bad he is going to release a death plague. Ariana/Liora hasn’t been back to her home since she was forced into the arena. She can’t let her herself get emotionally connected because sure she is on the kill list!
