So, it turns out Titan power is pretty awesome. Only I can’t control my new gift and that’s not only embarrassing but also dangerous.

And I’m sure our new professor is one of the two demons I accidentally let loose in Olympus. Icarus says we should lay low for a while but every time Professor Neos flashed me those red eyes I want to challenge him.

And when students start collapsing to the ground with their souls stolen, I don’t have a choice but to act.

Olympus Academy: The Demon Demigod is the second book in the Olympus Academy series. Expect epic magic, lethal demons, fierce friendships, budding romance, a few twists and turns, and even flying ships!

I loved listening to this 2nd book I can't wait to listen to the 3rd book. This book delves deeper into the
dynamic between the Olympians and Titans and the adventure isn't over. I adored each character's different abilities and the dialogue between the main characters. Zally and the turtle family are still my favorite. The narrator's voice for Zally is just pure magic to me.

Enjoyable Listen

I received a copy of this audiobook for a fair review. The Demon Demigod is an interesting story that does well following up on the first book. Although the first book presents the initial introductions and development of relationships to the main characters, this follow-up book does really well to expand on that. There is more action and situations that leave you asking "what's going to happen next?" in this one. Kathleen Li does a great job of narrating the story and helping to bring the characters to life.

It is one that is geared towards adolescents and teens. After screening both the first book and this one, I let my teenage niece listen to them and she fell in love with both books and the characters. Her favorite character is Icarus because of his "brooding nature". She has also recently taken an interest in Greek mythology, which beats an interest of Facebook and Twitter any day!

Give this book a try. If you have any doubts that you'll like it, you'll change that after listening to it.

A good follow up
