Very helpful

I recently moved from PA to CO and am trying to climb all of the 14ers in the next 2 years. Coming from a low elevation state, I have not been set up for success. This podcast has helped me maximize my time and efforts while training both in and out of the gym. I have definitely noticed improvement in my climbing since incorporating tips from this podcast!

Great Content for a Specialized Field

Listened to this podcast whilst training for my first serious 14k+ summit! It neatly summarized a lot of the key aspects of mountaineering training really well, allowing me to better organize my training and avoid pitfalls.
