Much needed information

Although I am an RN, there is so much I didn't know in this book. I am now armed with information to keep myself healthier and reverse some damage already done with conventional medicine and pills.

Great info, very irritating narrator

This book has lots of interesting info on D3, its co factors, and its effects on the human body, along with its mostly beneficial uses as well as its few cons. I’m sure I’m being a petty Betty but…. I only gave the narrator a one star rating. She mispronounces multiple words and/or terms, she has a weird and annoying intonation when she speaks. Also her “accent” gets on my nerves… lastly, the narrator really seems to have difficulty comprehending punctuation. Again, the information in this book is very fascinating, but I had a difficult time listening to this narrator, she was just awful. It’s surprising to me that the author of this book was OK with the delivery by this woman.

Fantastic Book

A magnificent book that I will tell others about and 100% follow the advice from. The only part I hated was the jewish lady's nasaly narration. It made it much of a drag to get through. The information is great, but the narration of it was just so bad and boring.

hard to listen and understand

I really struggled to listen and comprehend through the accent. I had to rewind constantly. Good content though. I personally struggled with the reader for my ears.

Fascinating, hopeful information

I love information like this and I love learning that Vitamin D3 is a powerful healing hormone.
