Great educational book! Does anyone know how to access the cheat sheets when buying in audible? This could be made better if PDFs accompany the book!

I am a professional baby sleep coach of 13 years and am listening to this to become more familiar with what many moms are currently following. This is the one that resonates and aligns with my approach and passion! This approach fosters healthy attachment and independence balance. It teaches children that they are capable and we are right there along side them for it all. I love that is promotes parents to lead with love and naturally instils boundaries and mutual respect which gives everyone healthy confidence and very low stress!

Great content but I wish I would’ve just gotten the book since the audiobook doesn’t have any accompanying PDFs

These ladies eschew modern evidence along with pediatrician recommendations and instead, go by their own anecdotal advice. Advice given here should be taken with a salt shaker as it is outdated and shown to be actually harmful. Biggest example, their barbaric method of sleep training. Separating mother and baby from day 1 can lead to higher rates of SIDS. I am a nurse practitioner and cannot believe they are pedaling this snake oil to new parents. I bought this not knowing what they were preaching. Do not buy! Also, could do without the constant Bible verses.

Skip the audio book from audible, it doesn't have the PDF of the tables you need.

They spend most of the time reading the tables out loud in the book, not very helpful and kind of annoying. Solid Pass.

If they update the file to have the tables then this is of more value
