OK Mystery but Unhelpful Context

The mystery was reasonably clever although solution didn't have much sleuthing in it. The side story of a book within a book didn't seem very relevant.

UGH

The story is tedious and the narration is William Shatner like. Characters unforgettable, could not form at interest in the outcome of story.

Too many plots at one time

The story if you took out the author trying to write a book in the middle of a murder mystery would make it good, but having the author put in another author, who is now naming all current actors and actresses was very disconcerting in the middle of a murder mystery book. I would not recommend it the way it’s written

Good Book

I really liked this book… it took a bit to get into the characters but by the end I was attached. Looking forward to the next book in this series audiobook! Scott Brick is the best narrator!

That will keep you entertained and guessing! Great read! Typically not my genre, but I see some changes in the future!
