I was not expected to love this book so much but I finished it in two days. The spice was immaculate, their love (while taboo and unconventional) was so beautiful and I just loved Gabrielle so much. I also just love men written by QB Taylee

This story was so precious, extremely hot and very taboo but I’m a sucker for a good taboo story and QB delivers! Going in with an open mind will have you falling in love with this story and so in love with James and Gabrielle. If you read the novella in Twisted Christmas, this is the same with extra scenes, hotter spice, and an amazing ending we were waiting for 😍

I read the reviews and I would say most of them have a pretty good opinion on this book. I thought the character voices as themselves worked well. I did not like the women’s voice as a man but otherwise she was fine. I thought some parts were kind of cringy because they’re siblings albeit not blood related. In general taking that out this books was awesome it’s what I’d love to hear more often with conflicts coming up but no one acting too young and dumb running off and being crazy it was more like hey stop and listen and let’s talk about this. While their love was taboo it was kind of sweet as I write that I feel rather odd to be honest but James seeing her through different parts in her life is really no too much different then childhood friends that fall in love.
