Excellent

This was a great start to a new series. Usually I scroll and try to find my next good book for days. Nothing worse than paying for a book that doesn’t fit me - i hate to say I’m pretty picky but I am… So when I do find something that stands up to my scrutiny I’m elated!
Hildie McQueen is a new author for me and I am not disappointed. Narration was very good and believable. Great job all around!
If you’re looking for a good historical romance I recommend this one. Read the other reviews and know they’re right in their praise.

Good Read for a lazy afternoon.

It was a good book but the narrator was so hard to hear and understand it took me forever to get used to her reading.
Other than that it was a pretty good book.

Great book!

I truly enjoyed this story. I did not get bored, nor did it drag on. I ended up listening to it in one sitting, it's rare for a book to keep my attention that long. I look forward to listening to the next in the series.
